(Closed) Cake Flavor with Brinner Reception?

Since there are so many food allergies, are you able to just do a dessert bar/table with a small cake for photo ops? Honestly, between the lactose and the gluten and general allergies (and the degrees to which people are allergic – e.g. needs to be consumed vs cannot come into contact at all), it would be better to just have all the ingredients listed on little cards with the names of the desserts and let people choose. I would avoid nuts altogether since those allergies tend to be quite severe and make sure gluten products are done away from the gluten free.

We have quite a few food allergies/intolerances as well so we are offering everything from fresh fruit to candy (no animal products) to chocolate desserts to chocolate-free desserts. We don’t have any gluten-free people, but the fruit would work for them.
