We are only having one flavor, because it is awesome so why have another. 🙂

Most places serve the cake anyway and the majority of guests don’t even realize there was more than one flavor. If one flavor is what works for you, go for it.

1 is good, even if you have multiple some people still may not like any. It’ll be easier too with no picking.

I’ve been to many weddings with only one flavor. I don’t think anyone was sitting there like “Wtf! Where’s my selection?!”. As long as the one flavor that you choose isn’t anything weird that most people won’t like, it’ll be fine.

definately. If they dont like it, they dont eat it. Many wont eat it even if they like it. Dont stress about it.

And many weddings have different cake flavors, but you dont even get to choose, they just serve it- so whats the point?

It’s perfectly acceptable to have only one flavor.

One flavor is fine.

We had two flavors, but the guests did not get to choose between them.

One flavor is fine, but I’d make sure it was something like chocolate or yellow cake – not a carrot cake or something that’s taste specific.

We only did one flavor, we liked one combo so much we couldn’t come up with something we liked second best. It’s not like guests get a choice anyway.

It’s totally ok to do whatever you want. One flavor is how nearly all cakes used to be (and how many still are) since multiple flavors is a new trend. Guests will be fine with whatever you decide.

@BrookieCookie9:  we only picked one flavor.  we’re having a full vienese hour so if people don’t like our cake (my parents don’t) there are 20 other things for them to eat.

We are doing 7 different cakes but I would have no problem going to a wedding with only 1 flavor.

I think one flavor is enough.  We’re only doing one, and then also having cookies and a few other desserts.
