Hello! We did not have any type of cake tasting with our baker (and it’s just included in catering, so no decision on who to hire was needed).
We are just going with vanilla, but my question is: should we go with vanilla chiffon or vanilla pound? Those who had cake tastings, let me know what you think!
Also—the wedding is a wintery/Christmas-themed wedding in January in Philly (if that matters for this decision).
