Oh! I may have an answer!! I wanted to do Chocolate transfer sheets around the cheesecakes to jazz them up a bit. The transfer sheets come in different designs and colors that can match your theme and if they don’t like the added chocolate, it can peel off!!!  It’s basically a food coloring pattern printed on wax paper – you add white, dark or milk chocolate to the wax paper and wrap the paper around your cake/cheesecake and trim whatever you don’t need or leave the excess to hold toppings (like the pic). They come in every color of the rainbow in tons of designs! You can also break them up into pieces for a more modern design – they’re very versatile!

Google “chocolate transfer sheets” and there are a bunch of places that sell them, offer instructions, etc.  I just googled that phrase and saw a lot of options for you. 🙂  They would be a great solution to your difficulties.

Sorry! I forgot to check back on this post!!! You actually DON’T need to frost anything!! Yay!! (I’m sick of frosting…I used to decorate cakes with my great-grandma who was a pastry chef…I  made WAAAY too many buttercream roses when I was little!!)
