What are your colors?

For my brothers wedding (the venue is black and white) we got them black flutes and the engraving was done on the foot, in a silver fill. They are completely different and modern.

The flutes are similar to this

I don’t have a picture of the engraving but it looks great on the foot.

We are registered for this cake-cutting set, it’s from Ralph Lauren.

And we were actually given Waterford toasting flutes very similar to these as an engagement gift, so we’re going to use them!

I had the same problem, I wasn’t even going to get any until i randomly saw a set in Carlton Cards one day. Just keep looking around, your bound to find something you like eventually

Ours are from Things Remembered. The flutes have our monogram, the knife says "HisFirstName and Herfirstname Marriedlast name 10/24/2009" and the server says "This is true love, it doesn’t happen everyday" – It’s a twist on a quote from The Princess Bride. 🙂

I just found these on Overstock for $25.

I haven’t decided wether to get a set & flutes or just use what they have at the venue. If I do get a cake server set, it will be something that goes with our flatware, etc.

We bought a cake serving set that matched our crystal stemware: Ballet Ribbon by Waterford. We also just used two of the champagne flutes that we received off of our registry.
