We’re staying at the hotel where we’ve blocked rooms.  We got a nice suite for the entire weekend so that there’s plenty of room for the ladies to get ready on the wedding day, and we have enough room to have the option of hosting an after-party if we decide we don’t want to deal with the bars.

I would try to stay close to where you plan to get ready to make it as convenient for yourself as possible.  You don’t want to be running all over creation the morning of your wedding. ๐Ÿ™‚

I stayed at my maid of honors place.  She made sure I didn’t stay the night before with DH.

I stayed with my DH in a hotel room at our Destination Wedding site. Ditto @sportsgal31:  with staying somewhere close to where you will be getting ready.

I stayed in my townhome with my future husband. We spend the night together every night, so it would feel weird for us to not be together that night.

I’m going to stay at our hotel block. My Mom and one of her friends will be staying at my row house the night before (FI’s lease doesn’t end until after the wedding), and I can see myself getting stressed with three women and one bathroom. Plus, I’ll be able to bring my dress/everything for the next day over, and can hang out with some of the out of towners.

Fiance and I are spending the night at home in our own bed… Logistically it made sense – his family lives over an hour away and has out of town guests. My mum lives only 10 mins away but has a full house too. Financially it made sense too – didn’t wanna pay for honeymoon suite for the extra night ๐Ÿ™‚ 2 nights is enough and then we leave for our honeymoon from there ๐Ÿ™‚

At home in our bed is the plan.  One or the other of us will get ready here probably.

I stayed with my parents, he stayed with his.  I was actually at my parents’ house and they all stayed in the hotel most of our guests stayed at.

Mom made sure she fended my brother and SIL off the room with the good bed so I got a good night’s sleep – I was headed for Grandma’s if they beat me to it.  ๐Ÿ™‚
