I was wondering how big of a size difference there should be between each tier of a cake. For example, will a 16-14-12 inch cake look odd and too gradual? Should I maybe get 16-12-8? I’m not concerned about servings because I can just supplement servings with a sheet cake. My main concern is the appearance of the cake.
If you have pictures of your cake, could you please include them and tell me how big your tiers were?
