I’m not married but used to work in a bakery Way back when.. How about topping the cake with either real or sugar flowers if you don’t like monograms?

I ended up making my own Monogram one because I didn’t like the ones in the store.. Another great option is using flowers.

There are lots of places! From Etsy to Ebay, just type “Wedding cake topper” into any search engine and you’ll have all kinds of options.

I got a little creative.  After countless hours of searching online for a non-cheesy looking Superman cake topper (Fiance is a comic book nerd, Superman is his fave.) I got the idea to look into those photo-crystal things.  Found a good image online (my avatar), submitted it, and it came out like this:

Best part is, I won’t have to worry about Superman’s outfit clashing with my wedding colors!!

I second the Etsy suggestion, they have some really cute ones for pretty reasonable prices.

We’re just using fresh flowers.  If you don’t want to go that route, check out Etsy or just google “cake toppers”
