Do you have a picture of what you are looking at?  I think as long as the cake topper isn’t naked people or a purple Jesus, then you should be ok.

I think if it is your style then go for a funny one! I think as long as it isn’t one in a terribly provocative pose or naked people shouldn’t be offended by it I don’t think.

IMO the first one is a bit too ‘raunchy’ but I LOVE the second one!

@Miss Pinup: I agree, especially if you think your family will be easily offended

i am all for being nonconventional, so i say got for it!  although i would probably be too shy to have either of those, i like the second one better because of the garter thing – its showing some skin and yet still wedding related.

Yeah, the first one might be alittle over the top for some of the folks, but the second one I think is fun and flirty.

That one sounds cute/ funny too… I would still be careful though, my family aren’t religious at all but out of repect for older friends and family (like my grandparents age) I would hate to offend them (my Fiance and I have a child together so they know we are having sex but there is a big difference to know it and displaying it lol).

You don’t have to be religious to find certain things offensive, and doing something to spite them on your wedding day sounds a bit childish.

But at the end of the day do whatever makes you and your Fiance happy within means 🙂

I have to say, I just don’t like them much. imo

But I do love playful/unconventional toppers!

Maybe you can find something more whimsical that is still playful and is a bit “safer” for your more conservative side of the fam. : )
