@Makemeamrs:  That’s a great idea! Maybe you could use a shadow box and put your veil behind it as a background or something.

Can’t lie, I  love my cake far more than I love my topper (now) because she exceeded my expectations and my topper is.. just ok. but gosh.. that cake.

Our wedding was the day of the procession of the Day of the Dead…

Yes, the skeletons have tongues…  the groom’s very conservative mom was kind of disapproving (and she didnt even notice the tongues).

This my fave pic from the wedding:

@Makemeamrs:  I don’t usually like heart shaped things, but that is quite pretty!

@mindy_pindy:  I love your cake toppers! They’re all very similar to what I want for my own.

@goingtotherooftopoflove:  You could probably make that cake topper for less than $30 in materials if you really had to have it.  It looks like wooden peg figures, some model grass and polymer clay.  $200 seems like a bit much, but then again I fell in love with a cake topper that was $595 lol.

@Makemeamrs:  Nope, but my aunt (not blood related) gave birth to my identical twin cousins.  However, those are the only twins in my family, and my husband’s family has no twins.

@Makemeamrs:  which shop did you use on Etsy for yours? I absolutely love it! And about how big? We are doing a bunch of different cheesecakes so I am looking for one larger cake topper that will stand out in the middle
