What kind of cake topper are you looking for? I would look for a seller on Etsy who sells something that matches the tone/look you’re looking for and then send them a message about creating a custom piece for you. There are tons of sellers on there who specialize in cake toppers!

What kind are you looking for? Ceramic? Colorful clay (like sculpey)? Wood? Glass? We need more details before we can point you in the right direction.

I bought mine from HILDOOM on Esty, she took a while, about 3 months, but it did come out great, and the price was the cheapest I found. I think I paid 90, but I also had her put us as his favorite star wars characters, I wasn’t worried about having them look like us. Good Luck!

I bought mine on mudcards on etsy. The way her pricing works is it’s $65+ shipping for the couple in whatever clothes you want (you send her pictures) and then if you want anything else on it at the base or whatever, it’s an additional $10.

Here’s her etsy: http://www.etsy.com/shop/mudcards?ref=pr_shop

Here’s a picture of mine.. I paid $75 for it + shipping:

I have a friend that’s starting her own business that makes cake toppers. I’m deciding between two styles. But she does a ton of different stylesincluding bride and groom. She’s amazing, her e-mail is [email protected]. She’s also a seller on etsy but I don’t think her bridal stuff is on their yet cause she’s starting a personal collection and website soon. Her cake toppers are really reasonable between $30 and $65. These are what I’m choosing from, I’ll just change the colors…

@crh1729: Does the long story involve working at the movie theater?

Im not much help, but I modified a cheap $8 cake topper from Party City into our cake topper with paint (We were zombies). You can also use one as a base and built onto it by grinding away unwanted elements and building it back up again using ploymer clay, paint, etc.
