I’ve been wanting to make my first wedding purchase for a while now. I decided that it had to be small and easily stored away so the cat and the dog couldn’t destroy it. I figured, why not buy a caketopper?
So can I see ’em? And will you add how much they were and where you got them from?

There are some ADORABLE ones on Etsy. My SO and I have a thing about penguins, so we’re thinking about buying some adorable penguin ones for our (eventual) wedding.

I’ve been browsing Etsy, but I was honeslty surprised at how much some of them cost. That and I keep finding too many to oogle over. I can’t make a decision to save my life, lol.

I love the ones on Etsy but I got my main topper on Weddingstar for around $25-30. She came with blonde hair and white shoes but I painted it since my hair is brown and my shoes were pink. I did get the clay cake flower from Etsy though for around $25.

@mandb122: Cute! And that’s the kind of price I like… I can’t justify spending $100 on a cake topper…

I’m planning to purchase this Gina Freehill cake topper for $33. Here’s the description: Wedding Cake Topper 9″H, Resin and Stone mix. Embellished with rhinestones and a fabric tulle veil is also a beautiful standalone collectible. Love quote on bride’s dress.” There’s a small inscription by W. Shakespeare which says, “Now join your hands, and withyour hands your hearts.” We’ll likely have some Shakespere elements in our wedding, so it’ll fit perfectly!
