- Wedding: October 2013
I want to talk about my wedding at the Wedding Pavillion this past October. My Fiance and I are small town country folk now living in the big city. We wanted to have a little but of both worlds, and the Wedding Pavillion was able to capture our vision. The Pavillion covered everything from lists of music and out Justice of the Peace, to food menu, photographer, and table linens. The whole process is very draining and of course it is a long year of planning for one short day that will start the rest of your life! The Pavillion helped organize, decorate, design, give ideas for planning and decorating and vendor names. I had a couple of issues on the day, but I guess everything cannot be perfect, ha. We had brought the wedding favors on the rehersal night, and of course I started to ask if people liked the favors. No one seemed to get any, thats when I was storming around the dance floor talking to all of the staff members and making them find my golf ball favors… after about 15 minutes of the staff searching high and low my father decided to check out the truck box one last time. and low and behold there is the damn golf balls haha. I feel bad now, but just knowing how much work and time they put in for me and my husband to make our day perfect really is special. You can bet to spend $20,000.00 or so I would say…. BUT keep in mind this is your photography, plus prints, music, ICE sculpture, 4 course meal, music for walking down the isle and during dinner, you have a beautiful room to prepare in, and lets talk about the fairy tale stairs you walk down to lose the breath of the crowd and your soon to be groom! It was beautiful and the most perfect wedding day. We wouldnt of had it at any other venue! All of the photos were outside, and if the weather was nice the dance would of been outside as well. It is what you make it, and the Pavillion certainly helped make ours!
