Tenaya Lodge near Yosemite might fit all your specs. It would only be a little more than an hour from you so planning would be a bit easier. Plus you could always do a gorgeous day-after shoot in the park.

There’s a bunch! Anything near Tahoe: Squaw Valley, Kirkwood, etc. Any big hotel really. There are others near Mammoth Lakes. Also check out places in El Dorado county, there are some really nice wineries for less but you would need transportation to a hotel.

Ours is at Brookshire Gardens in El Dorado, CA and the nearest hotel is only a mile away!

    Serendipity garden weddings

I think it fits most of what you stated besides on-site lodging and time

Not sure of their facility fee, but Mountain Winery in Saratoga is beautiful.

tashinab : I remember their prices were pretty good and they were also flexible with their packages. We had asked about bringing our own wine (my grandparents are winemakers) and they were willing to work with us. The coordinator is very and was great with communicating. She was helpful in trying to work with our intended budget. If we had decided to have a traditional wedding, this is probably where I would have chosen. Good luck!

EDT: Also because of the location, vendors seemed to be more reasonably priced.
