(Closed) Call me crazy but don’t vendors want my money??

Ugh, HATE!!  Here’s what I’ve been going through with the owner of the resturant I really want to have our rehearsal dinner at:

I email him a general inquiry

He emails back and asks a specific question

I email back and answer, asking for him to email a banquet menu. 

Don’t hear back.

We go into said resturant to check it out.  Talk to owner.  Owner asks me to email him. Again.

I email him.  Again.

He doesn’t respond. Again.

I email him again and say if I don’t hear from him within the week, I’ll assume he doesn’t want our business.

He emails me back and says he did email me.  (he did not.)  Bonus points: he misspells my name.  Which is right in the email header. 

I suck it up and ask again for the banquet menu.

He says he’ll put it together and email it to me within the week. (Misspelling my name again. Still in the email header!)

That was last Monday.  Today is Tuesday.  This is not “within the week.”  As much as I’d LOVE to have our rehearsal dinner at that particular venue, I don’t think it’s an option any longer.  I just can’t handle the flakiness.
