Can anyone recommend some good calligraphy pens to use to address all of my envelopes? I’ve been to a few craft stores, but I’m not sure if the pens they sell are what I really want. If I don’t get a calligraphy pen/marker, I’d love to find a pen with a small tip, but has metallic ink. I tried a Sharpie marker, but the points are too broad. Any recommendations? Should I consider scrapbooking markers?

@thatredheadedbride: I used a Faber- Castell Calligraphy marker. I got a sharpie too but that was pretty broad. The Faber Castell one is less broad and I found my invitations worked out ok. It takes a little getting used to and the letter i had the most trouble with was the s. I had to write a little bigger too but I found with practice it got easier to conrtol it and be a little smaller. If you have very good penmanship I think you could probably use a real calligraphy pen but i know those can get costly and I would never use them again. This marker worked well for me and they have it in walnut brown, black, and raspberry. If you google how to calligraphy or you tube it too, that helped me. Good Luck!

Thanks for the advice! A calligraphy marker would probably be the most versitle and easy to use. I was a nerdy child and had my own calligraphy pen with ink cartridges, but haven’t used it in at least twenty-years, lol. Perhaps some tutorials online would be helpful as well.
