I was in love with ovals for the longest time and really thought I wanted one. After trying on different shapes and I saw how much my Fiance loved three stone rings, I realized they really looked better on my finger. It couldn’t be more perfect.

We took a while looking and at first I was hooked on 3 stone rings but after a while, I was looking and fell in love with this from Whiteflash:

This ring was inspired by one of Tiffany’s older style bead set designs. I don’t even think they made those anymore.

Anyhoo, the only thing the hubby didn’t like about it was that the e-ring and wedding band wouldn’t sit flush because the setting under the prongs was circular and would’ve pushed them apart. What we ended up doing was remove the circular bit and then have the diamond sit lower in the e-ring band.

My jeweler also made a change where instead of using 2 beads to set the diamonds on the shoulders, they used 4 for more stability.

It wasn’t what I had in mind originally but I fell in love with it anyway.

A terribly done collage, but oh well.
Top left is the ring I wanted originally. I work with kids and I thought bezels were the way to go… but then I just didn’t like it on my hand.
Top right was my #1 pick for 3 months. We had priced it out, and I was all but sold on it. I love the trellis and the 6 prongs.
The bottom left is the stock pic of the ring I got after falling head-over-heels in love with this setting after seeing it here on weddingbee.
Bottom right is my actual ring.

I really thought I wanted a solitaire for literally YEARS.

top pic is the round brilliant solitaire I had my heart set on for years, and my Fiance ended up choosing a cushion cut with a pave band which I LOVE. I can’t stop staring at it!! Beautiful rings ladies 🙂

I ended up loving something COMPLETELY different then what I loved online. I originally only wanted white gold and an emerald cut solitare like this…

However, once I started putting them on and looking I ended up falling in love with a yellow gold, round halo diamond ring that I adore…
