Mine was a custom ring, so we started from the beginning. I saw the setting and loved the uniqueness of the shape. I had seen this type of ring with round diamons in the halo but never baguettes so I fell in love with the uniqueness. Now our issue is that we can’t find a ring guard or wedding band to go with it. We have to build one from scratch, a little more expensive but I’ll get the ring of my dreams!

My setting was customized to fit my center stone.

@dooner:  it’s a princess cut in the center and finished with baguetts as the halo. I’d never seen anything like it but I fell in love!

My ring was entirely made custom from an image of a setting I found online.  I modified it by adding a second wedding band to make a wrap as well.

@dooner:  The two bands are connected underneath so that the engagement slips between the two (no spinning and no soldering).  Here’s a couple pics to show you what I mean

It is connected at the base where my finger and thumb are holding the rings.

Mine hasn’t been made yet but I want to share 🙂 We’re going to add the second halo and get rid of the huge prongs.. I can’t wait for it to be finished!! The center stone will prob be a 4.5 mm cushion cut moissanite 🙂 sorry the pics are huge…

Cluster before, moissanite center after! Pretend they are in order. My phone refuses to cooperate.
