@dooner Thanks!! i looooove it too!! I’m adding the second halo so the center stone doesnt have to be as big (and because we don’t have the money for a 2.5 carat stone). It’s going to be soooo sparkly 🙂 I’m just bummed I have to wait till summer to have it on my finger!!

@dooner:  I’m in the process of trying to figure out what the heck to do with my ering. I don’t like the “ladder” shaped profile it has, and would like a softer look to it, but I’m still scouring the internet for the perfect setting. SOO MANY CHOICES lol

Here’s what I mean about the profile of the ring:

And here’s the top view of the ring:

I’d be open to suggestions if anyone has a setting that would work with this stone!

@dooner:  I love delicate, feminine styles. I’m not into anythin thick or chunky. I’m hoping to find something unique, but not too crazy. generally gravitate to solitaires and like vintage-inspired styles 🙂

@dooner: I’ve definitely seen some gorgeous tension settings, but I do tend to lean more towards the vintage styles. But I definitely think tension settings are cool!

@dooner:  Yes I LOVE those! I’d forgotten about that type of setting, thank you for mentioning them! I have to take a look at more of those because I just love how delicate and feminine they are.
