@Boxerlover24:  I think it sounds gorgeous! I love the “cool” colors and think they will definitely look good in the space. The walls look neutral so you could really do whatever you want, in my opinion.

@Boxerlover24:  Honestly, I think you should have whatever colors you like best. I had an October wedding, in the Chicago burbs, and *gasp* used white, ivory, silver, and green for my decor. I like green, I like white, I even had tulips in my flower arrangements because they are in season (who knew tulips had a second season) and I like them!

Who says you need to have dark colors in the fall? I say, go with your light colors, I think they will look gorg against the natural wood features at your venue.

Honestly, I think all of your desired colors are actually in that photo you put up, and I’m not just talking the temporary tables and chairs. I mean they are inherent to the building elements themselves, which is lovely.

So they’ll coordinate naturally with things (ignore the carpet, no one remembers the way the carpet looked at a venue after a wedding – do you?)

I think your colors are light and airy, and will compliment the sky (from sunlight to sunset to twiglight) in the dramatic floor-to-ceiling glazing. Compliment is important – the colors won’t compete, and I think they will be a soothing contrast to the saturated colors outside.
