I wasn’t 100% happy with my bustle. There was a lot more volume than I wanted.

I don’t have any suggestions, but my dress is tulle too so I will be watching this thread!

Mine isn’t tulle, but it’s chiffon so it gives the same idea… Here’s my bustle:

From the side:

From the back, this was just done quickly to get an idea, it will look a bit neater when it’s actually done…

I think she called it a french waterfall bustle.

I need to bustle mine as well. I was so distracted by all the prettiness that I forgot to ask if there was an option!

I’m going to keep an eye on this too. My train is LONG and I don’t want poofy evil stepsister butt, ya know? I’m thinking of just cutting the train off of mine at this point. If the bustle rips in the middle of the reception I will be so uncomfortable the rest of the night, plus I have to wear it again the next weekend at another reception in my FI’s hometown and I can’t have it looking all janky.

I don’t know if this would work on yours, but mine was tulle and then a heavier silk underneath, so they did this multiple points bustle on the tulle part, and then a french bustle underneath for the silk so that it didn’t weight the tulle down on the hooks and tear it.  I’m sure that made no sense at all, but that’s the best I could explain it….And this is the best photo I have with the bustle up because I never stood still the whole reception!

I love these 3 point bustles!  So pretty.
