I’d like in on this information too if anyone has it! There’s not much in Canada that will sell wholesale to the general public. I envy the american bees for all the options available to them!

Okay, so I don’t know where you’re located, but I have an amazing discovery for you if you’re in the GTA (Miss Sawyer, this is for you). CbiUSA. It’s a shipping depot in the US. You can have anything shipped there, they’ll hold it indefinitely. It costs $5 for a regular size package, $10 for oversized. You don’t need an account. It’s just on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. I’m obsessed with the place, I swear.

I bought my tablecloths from linentablecloths.com, shipping was pretty reasonable if I remember correctly. I was 95% happy with my order. Some of my napkins were a little wonky and there were a couple tiny rust spots on the corners of two or three table cloths, but they were long linens, so no one was going to see the spots anyways 😉

@bakerella: YOU ROCK! I’m totally going to check this out. There are so many things on my “if only I lived in the US” wishlist and this is a completely reasonable option.

@Take The Reins: I know! I went to the states earlier this year for work and I was like OH MY GOSH, DOLLAR TREE!! My coworker thought I was nuts but they have cheap vases!

There are mail receiving businesses in every state that’s close to the border.

I use Hagen’s in Blaine. I get free shipping from US companies and just zip over the border to pick things up.

You sign up on their website, There is no charge for registering. They send you an email when there is a package for you. You can pay an annnual fee of $12, then $2.50 per package. If you don’t think you will use it often, you can pay $5 per package.

You can also use the UPS store in the States to have items shipped to. I did this when planning my wedding and had stuff shipped there from Save On Crafts, etc. I think it’s $5 to hold a package. I’ve done this with the Ogdensburg location (probably closest for Ottawa area bees!)

Michaels sells fake flowers and things to make them into arrangements.  I haven’t looked into how their prices are though.
