@mrsrigsby60:

I think you are taking it too far…its like any other business just went out of business, its happens daily… i see that you want to be involved and be a hero or something? Need attention? It’s sad to see that you taking other peoples sad news for you to enjoy yourself…. each bride needs to contact them directly to deal with it. If the business is closed it’s not much they can do, you can sue them but if there is no monies in the business to be returned then you are just wasting your time and $. Theirs name is ruined for sure and trust me they will not run any cake business anytime soon!

@SelinaGomez:  I’m affraid for all the brides who payed their balances and have no idea that this business closed! Can you imagine paying $600 for a cake on your wedding day and essentially being stiffed? I think she should make it public in her community-she’s helping other brides who might not know they are victims.

 She has every right to do this.  They are defrauding customers.

It sounds like (from your other post) you know the family.  Since you have a personal relationship with them you may need to step back.

@GroovyHippieChick:  You guys are crazy! Of course you have every right to fight, but be realistic… its just another business to be out of business, you are really wasting your time here… I’m not protecting anyone, why would I, I got better things to do in life than just blog some bla bla…. I got my cake somewhere else thanks god!

@SelinaGomez: First off, no one their you are Selina Gomez. If you are, my sister wants an autograph picture of Justin Bieber. Second, perhaps its becasue in the only other thread you posted in you listed the ” The registered agent and officer is Celso G. Rodriguez.” and listed his information.

@SelinaGomez:  LOL  Thanks for the laugh. . it’s actually because of your other post

I have been theirs customer for years and they have been divorced for over 2 years what I know. Celso Rodriguez, the pastry chef and owner of Celso’s Cakes has vanished last week and no one can find him, who knows where he is. It was a small company of only 3 employees so they probably can’t run the business without him so looks like there was no option then close it. You can try to take the company to the court but if its incorporation he is protected by law, you will just waste your time and any additional $ for an attorney…
