Oh and I know most of you aren’t Catholic, but this is another Catholic prayer that my husband and I found in a book that a lady from church lent me.  (The book is about St. Gerard, who is the patron saint for motherhood and expectant mothers.)  We’ve been saying it every night with our night prayers.  We just change the “I” to “we” and the “me” to “us.”

Prayer for Motherhood
O good Saint Gerard, powerful intercessor before God and Wonderworker of our day, I call upon thee and seek thy aid. Thou who on earth didst always fulfill God’s designs, help me to do the holy Will of God. Beseech the Master of Life, from Whom all paternity proceedeth, to render me fruitful in offspring, that I may raise up children to God in this life and heirs to the Kingdom of His Glory in the world to come. Amen.

@ecomaha:  That is a LOT of blood work! Wow! I’ve never heard of anything that in-depth, but I really hope that it shows you something and helps the doc figure out the course of action!

@MrsFarmer:  Ick, I might not like that massage then. Veins creep me out (yes, seriously). For now, I’m just focused on getting my cycles a little bit more regular. I’ll start OPKs again this time, and I’m planning on taking Mucinex and green tea for CM.

@pretzel:   That is great!  Congrats!!  We still can’t decide on going ahead with the blood tests or not.  Personally, I’m really starting to lean towards adoption.  Now we’ll just see if DH feels the same way.  🙂

Hi Girls,

Just a little update.. Had my lap yesterday and everything went great. They were able to save my ovary, my doctor said that both of my ovaries  looked in good condition since my last endometrioma was on my other ovary as well and also injected dye into my fallopian tubes and  no blockages. Was in a ton of pain yesterday but able to move around a lot better today without being miserable. Bascially after I am healed 2 weeks or less then I can officially start TTC! I am on CD 10 right now. I usually ovulate 22-24thish but my husband will be out of town  then but seeing how I just had the stress of surgery I don’t know what my body is going to do so I may ovulate later and actually get to try this month.Crazy!! Honestly, its 1/2 exciting and 1/2 nerve wracking! But excited I can actually join the POAS board:)

Well I am in limbo land right now. almost 2 weeks since my surgery, on CD 23, this is the week I usually O but who knows when I will after my surgery. i’m guessing it will happen later this month from stress and such. Got my Fertile tea in the mail so I started drinking that in the mean time.  Got the green light from my doctor to start TTC but now I am just waiting on my body:)  How about you?!

@pretzel:  I love it! I love drinking tea so knowing it is also good for baby making is just a perk. So glad everything is going well with you. Does it feel like the weeks are going by slow or fast? Thanks for the prayers. Same to you!
