I’m hoping to do a flower comb like this one with hanging amaranth but not in these colors

Such a big fan of flower crowns! But I want a veil too….decisions decisions! It may be just too much all together. I’ve seen some people have like half flower crowns – coming from the back to the sides, then with the veil sitting underneath. If anyone has photo’s of flowers + veils getting along I’d love to see!

I just wanted something smaller for my wedding day. It was really delicate as my flowers were a little dry. I really enjoyed wearing it! I like the look of matching the flower crown to the bouquet. My wedding day florist charged me $25 to make it, which I thought was a good deal.

For this crown, I just cut off the flower stems off some grocery store flowers and bobby pinned them on.

I wanted a fairly small dainty one and I loved how it turned out. I had a local florist make it with real flowers and it cost about $25. Live Queen Anne’s lace and some small yellow and red flowers.

I’m using an etsy vendor who does dried flowers for my bouquets and boutennaires and will request a matching flower crown as well. I will do a custom order and want a little more yellow and a lighter pink involved but here’s a pretty close idea of what I want!

My bridesmaids planned making flower crowns into my bachelorette!

They held up through about 6 hours of partying!

tnfuturebride:  Don’t mean to threadjack but I wore a flower crown from PaulaJeansGarden to my commitment ceremony and it was absolutely gorgeous. I was beyond thrilled with it. I don’t have any pictures from my ceremony on this computer but I later wore the crown to a costume party. I love that I can take it out and wear it again from time to time!

FossilLady:  Oh yay, I just love her work! Have already messaged with her a few times and she’s so nice, too! Glad that your experience with her was good!
