@crocodilerock: No problem 🙂  I found some that were less expensive in the Allure line and Mori Lee I believe that were similar.  I LOVE the top of that dress to the *inth* degree!

@SugerPlum: The taffeta dress is a corset back – which is actually why I look so small.  Heres a pic of the back – mind you – the privacy panel was jacked up so thus the reason it still has skin showing.  The dress was a satin night gownish thing, with the lace overlay in one piece, with buttons up the back.  It was a size 20 and the ONLY lace one in the store above a size 12.  I’d already tried on all the others and was looking at a few with a friend of mine and saw it after she tried on the size 12.. *in love*

*I would gladly trade you noassatall for BOB!! I lost around 50 lbs in the last year, and anything that I DID have is gone.  The “girls” are even becoming scarce…. I’m not used to having to worry about if they’re going to look right in a dress – they just “do” LOL

If I could do something very similar with the taffeta and add a lace over it – I think I’d be in heaven to be honest.

I tried this lace sheath dress on while I was looking for a dress – I ended up nixing it because it didn’t flatter my shape as much as some of the other styles did. I still have a massive soft spot for anything all lace, though!

@SugerPlum: Thank you! =)  I’ll have to keep up with this post once I figure out what I’m going with.  Here’s a few styles that I like and want to piece together…

@SugerPlum: Thanks! Wish I had a better pic, but it was snapped sneakily since the store didn’t want pictures. I ended up going with a different dress that had lace peeking out the bottom & teamed it with a lace bolero – so still got to wear the pretty lacey number I’d always envisioned!

@jaguar: Ahh…always admired your dress! The bolero really pulls the look together.

@MrsGibby2Bee I already have my dress, but I’ve lost weight since & I keep drooling over the one you’re wearing. I have the opposite of your condition, so maybe that would be a help for me. I would be nervous about the open back, but it really does look fabulous on you.
