Here she is recut and reset, started out life being purchased in the 60’s in Hong Kong, kept in the same family over the years and handed down, when I got her she was 4.53 carats with a lot of chips, after recut she is 3.7 carats and graded as M colour triple ex, VS1

It’s not mine yet, we just purchased yesterday and it’s now hidden somewhere in our apartment. But it’s a 1ct K VS2 ideal cut, set in 14k white gold. I can’t wait to wear it!

I wear a 3.43ct I VS2 Emerald Cut diamond and love the organic quality of the faint hint of warmth.  It never looks warm, per se, just a soft white.  Icy white doesn’t look as nice on my skin tone, IJK is my sweet spot!

Ok a couple more at Sunburns request! The recut was done in Dubai by Trigem, I can’t stop looking 😂

EricainOlalla :  I’m going to go ahead and say that setting (obviously, also the stone) is PERFECTION. So stunning!

GIA certified J color OEC in its [presumably] original setting, 14k yellow gold. It performs whiter than its color suggests in most cases, and it’ll show its warmth a bit in other situations. I enjoy it in all its different moods!

Here is my J .90ct cushion set in white gold. It faces up quite white, ocassionally it looks warmer but I feel like it has more depth than the cooler colored diamonds, which I adore!
