I went with this Maggie Sottero A-line but almost went with a mermaid (I love 3 of Maggie Sottero’s mermaids on me). “Selena” by W-too is a ballgown that was also a front runner for me. Try on everything! I’m short but not “petite”. I’m size 10 and about 5’3. I’m wearing low heels.
5’2 and wearing a trumpet and I must say you ladies a look beautiful!!!
ha! I can for one appreciate this post. I stand at 4’8.5 inches tall (yes that half inch counts). I dont have any pictures of me in “my” dress, but when I did the only thing that needs to be altered in the bust area. The length of my gown fits perfectly with my 6 1/2 inch heels. Im actually glad the length needs no work because these ruffled layers would be a headache for my seamstress
I’m 5’0″… well, almost. More like 4’11 3/4″ if I’m to be honest with you.
I wanted a poofy ballgown, but it was just too much on my frame, so I settled for an A-line and skipped the petticoat.
I wore 4″ heels with this dress, and my 12-year-old JBs were still taller than I was in their age-appropriate flat sandals, haha!
Cant believe it was almost a year ago! I’m 5’0 and was wearing 5 inch heels lol
I’m a whopping 5’0″ and went with a sheath.
I got Maggie Sottero’s Elison in petite length ( I think I got 3″ shorter?)
