    My fiance and I walk about 3 miles together 3 times a week and I do yoga regularly during the week!

     I realized my gym membership never actually expired…which means I am back to the gym to SWIM myself into shape! Whoot Whoot!

    S-p-i-n-n-i-n-g! It’s totally transformed my lower body. I lost 4 inches off my butt/hips in the first month! Now I’m focusing more on strength training to get a leaner, more firm look. Spinning is hard, but I suggest every bride looking to change her body hit up the bike & start weight training. Weights build muscle = faster metabolism = lose weight faster!!
