I’ve posted this far too many times already for it not even being in my possession yet.  This beauty is on layaway.  Will have it in August or September right around our anniversary 🙂

@Aquaria:  Thank you so much! I’m obsessed with mine! I knew I wanted something pink-ish and it’s a bonus that sapphire is my birthstone!

@carmelbride103:  I can post some more pics after work! You can also search for “light orange” sapphires. Most of them are a more pink-peach than orange!

@als1214:  There is entirely too much talking in the first dozens posts here and not enough posting of photos.

I. want. photos.  Pink, please.

Get cracking!

This is my pink sapphire. I am so in love with it! (It’s not my Ering…just a promise ring, I guess! Ering should be done next Tuesday! CAN’T WAIT!) I don’t know the cost of the stone, but the whole set was $1600 with an appraisal of $6500. It was custom made by a local jeweler.

Commenting to follow as I am “expecting” a pink sapphire “something” sometime this summer… I will definitely post then. It’s from Gemvara.

I just purchased my 1ct pink moissy from jtv. Its their french rose color which looks like a deeper pink on the website. Depending on the lighting the shade looks different. Its on sale for like $200 right now.

I have a 1.4ct morganite. Not sure on stone price as we had the ring custom designed.
