@sparrow02: It really is! I had the basket replaced because the diamond kept coming loose and this basket is definitely taller than the first one was.

@bunnyharriet:  It surprisingly doesn’t get in the way, the only time the height bothers me is if I’m putting on gloves or when it gets caught on a string putting on sweaters and stuff. I sleep with it on without any trouble, really the only time I take it off is when I shower or give the baby a bath. And the only time it turns at all is when my hands are freezing and my finger shrinks a little but because it’s so tall, it won’t ever go past my other fingers and spin all the way around! When I had my baby I was so afraid I was going to constantly be scratching her or gouge her eyes out with it. Although totally minor, it has definitely scratched her a few times but she still has two eyes so we’re all good in that department!

Size 5.5 but my ring is a little loose. Center stone is 2.04, each side stone is .55 carats, and the pave diamonds add up to .25 for 3.39 total. I will always vote for bigger! Go for the 1.25!

I’m a size 5.5 and my ring has a 1.17 carat center stone.  This was right after we got engaged, and the prongs on my ring were a little wonky, so please forgive! 🙂

@lstyle25:  your ring is perfect! It looks so much bigger than it is! Where did you/your Fiance get it?

I am a 4.75 but my ring is a little loose and spins when it’s cold. This is a 1ct.

I really don’t think you need a big diamond to make a big statement. Mine is .5ct but the halo makes it look bigger. I’m a size 5 finger.
