My fav. slow cooker recipe is a Paula Deen mac and cheese that i cook in the slow cooker insted of the oven, this way the flavors really set in. Then add crushed bbq chips on top (best ones are the sweet and spicy hawwaian ones) and cheese over the chips last too make the most delicous crust on a mac and cheese. If you cook it in the oven the chips will catch fire, i have learned from experience.

cook the noodles ahead of time and then throw everything into the slow cooker and cook it that way. Add the chips and the cheese about 10min. before its done. I cooked it for about an hour in the slow cooker.
Don’t skimp on the bbq chips! the hawaiian ones are the best bbq chips, they have ALOT of good flavor without alot of salt so it is a win-win. I know it sounds odd but crushed chips go well with mac and cheese!

I make beef stew and country style ribs in ours.
1 lb beef stew meat (usually precut in chunks
2-3 small potatoes quartered
1 bag frozen mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn, etc)
1 jar of beef gravy.
– Place veggies and potatoes on the bottoom and meat on top pour gravy over meat, cook all 8-10 hours on low (5-7 on high) serve over egg noodles
1-2 packages of country ribs (theyre boneless)
1 large yellow onion sliced
1 can mushrooms
1 bottle of bbq sauce
– Place onions and mushrooms on the bottom and put meat on top – pour in bottle of bbq sauce cook 8-10 hours on low or 5-7 on high and i serve this with mashed potatoes

Fajita Marinade I

“Delicious fajita marinade made with lime juice, olive oil, and soy sauce, and spiced up with cayenne and black pepper. Makes enough marinade for 2 pounds of meat.”
1/4 cup lime juice
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a large resealable plastic bag, mix together the lime juice, water, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and liquid smoke flavoring. Stir in cayenne and black pepper.
Place desired meat in the marinade, and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight. Cook as desired.

I have so many favorites but this is my quick go to when I want something easy and really good.
Chicken and Stuffing
- 1 lb skinless chicken breast half
- 1 (6 ounce) package Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, condensed (98% fat-free type )
- 1 cup fat-free chicken broth
Place chicken on bottom of crockpot. Pour broth over the chicken. Mix together the stuffing, soup, and water, and place on top of the chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours.
Also you can’t go wrong with putting a pork tenderloin in a crock pot with a can of Root Beer on low for 6 hours. Drain out the Root Beer, shred, and then add your BBQ sauce.

This is the easiest recipe I have ever made in my life! We LOVE it!
Here’s my version:
4-6 Chicken Breasts
1 jar salsa
1 pack taco seasoning
Defrost chicken breasts.
Combine chicken breasts, salsa, and taco seasoning in slow cooker.
Cook on High for 5 hours.
Shred chicken with a fork.

Hubby really loves the beef dip I do in the slow cooker. Very easy and tasty! Oh, I add cheese on our buns (mozza)
