I’m pretty sure that the apracticalwedding.com blog has some great spreadsheets that are free downloads, try there maybe?

waddle:  I used Wedding Wire for all of my stuff. I originally printed off a binder of stuff from somewhere and it was pretty all inclusive. But I found I didn’t take the time to actually write stuff down. Wedding wire takes your wedding date and breaks down tasks based on what month you should complete them. You can delete tasks you won’t need (like I didn’t need to hire a DJ) and you can add custom tasks. The budget feature is also nice. I put in what my budget was and it automatically budgeted how much I should spend for each item. Then when you delete items you aren’t going to have, it moves the money to another category. Then you can go back and edit estimates and later fill in actual costs and payments. It’s nice to see that we are currently $1000+ under budget and still have about $500 left to pay for.
