I love my veil! My dress is on the simple side, so it gave me the chance to get a veil with beading and crystals. I knew I also wanted a cathedral veil because it just feels so grand and beautiful. I am also wearing a blusher (it was the one thing my guy requested so I couldn’t say no).

@sheepandbear:  Alfred Angelo. I love their veils! There was another veil I liked in which the embroidery almost looks like branches with pearls on it.

Mine was elbow length. I love long veils but felt and elbow length would work better for a DW! Mine was 2 tier and had rhinsestone trim to match the bling on my dress!

I just loved mantilla veils and thought it went best with my dress and venue. Mine is chapel length.

@sheepandbear:  yep basically its just extra fullness! I just like the way it kinda cascades with the 2 layers…..

here is a pic of a 2 layer one in the back so you can see how it kinda flows! I just love the look of it!

@sheepandbear:  my dress is similar to yours and I am going with just a simple 108″ veil that I got from etsy for 30 bucks. I looove it. It makes me look like a bride but does not take away from my dress. I will search for the person I bought it from and send you a link.

ok so I found it. I got it from http://www.etsy.com/people/terihuang

Teri Huang. She’s located in California. I originally bought a veil from someone located outside of the US and the first one was the wrong color and the second one had a rip in it. This one from Teri was way better quality and the right color. I also recieved in like a week.

I looked at the same veil at the bridal store and they wanted to charge 150 for the exact same veil!

@sheepandbear:  Thank you!! I actually think a mantilla would look beautiful with your dress. The lace on the veil would compliment the lace on your dress! I ordered mine from etsy as well…

Etsy seller

She was wonderful to work with and I was blown away with the quality of the veil given the price I paid (a steal compared to what they were asking at the bridal boutique!)
