@Aussiemum:  Thanks a lot Aussiemum… yes!  I posted this in many threads looking for info ASAP as I will order in a couple of days… sorry for being such a pain in the neck!  haha.

I actually got replied from Suburban and other US girls saying they had not even interacted in any way with Customs and that FedEx delivered the dress at their door so that makes me go more relaxed with my decision.  Thanks for taking the time to reply! : )

@giru618:  After weeks of indecision between Pronovias Bermeo and Maggie Sottero´s Taleigha and SaBella, I received pictures from Jasmine´s on a SaBella dress they did previously and it is gorgeous.  I tried the original and itis pretty good compared to it.  I fell in love and picked the SaBella!

Ive tried calling the number for Jasmine’s but I have yet to recieve an answer.  I made the mistake of ordering before speaking to someone.  They havent responded by email either.  I started trying to contact them on 5/13.  Ive tried calling at all hours.  Im surprised at the posts about how well they communicate because Ive gotten zero. Any suggestions?

@sivette30:  I don’t have any experience with Jasmine’s bridal, but I do sew and I personally think draping, especially the kind on that dress – where the draped material is practically see through, is definitely one of the harder sewing skills.  If it were me, I’d go with the craftsmanship upgrade.

Don’t bother upgrading, I upgraded to designer lace as my dress is all lace overlay but i did not get to see what type of lace they had chosed until they had put the dress together. It was all wrong but they just said they hadn’t got a lce similar to the one on the original so it was tough. Not impressed, this lace give the wrong shape on the neckline and the original dress has a beautiful back but the copy looks nothing like it. Waste of $500 and not i have no wearable wedding dress 🙁

Hi, I am new to these types of sites but found this particular blog very helpful. I was looking at the Hollie dress from grace loves lace (i will attach pictures) and received a quote from jasmines. I am having a difficult time deciding about upgrading the material as I have no clue what would be best. My dress was quoted at 400 with premium grade. the premium grade is chiffon and premium grade lace and the designer option (which is 30% more) is georgette and designer grade lace. When I was researching chiffon vs georgette, I actualy found better opinions about using chiffon. Can anyone tell me the difference and which one would be better for this particular dress? Also, they didn’t gibe me an option about upgrading the seamstress, should I? Oh, and lastly, this company usEd some sort of French lace that has some elasticity in it so that it is designed as slip on/off, any thoughts on that? Jasmines said they weren’t sure about their materials and if they could do that, would it be better to just get a side zipper that was hidden?!

to read more about the dress and material you can go to graceloveslace.com.au

thanks!
