Hey bee!  So checking your temp throughout the day doesn’t really tell you much as far as TTC, it’s just BBT that does that.  As far as the symptoms you’re feeling, they can 100% be related to elevated progesterone, which is normal during your luteal phase, and not pregnancy.  I also know that for some ladies, post-O spotting is normal as well.

Your BBT does look good for pregnancy but speaking from personal experience, when my BBT was elevated due to pregnancy, I was turning positive tests by 11DPO.  I think the bigger indicator of what’s going on for you would be when you usually see your temp dip before AF?  My luteal phase was always short so I always saw a dip at 11-12DPO.  That meant I knew I was out.  So I’d keep an eye on your temps the next couple of days/when you expect AF and if you see a big dip or downward trend, then that’s likely your answer.

Unfortunately it’s really, really hard not to symptom spot but ultimately does zero good.  Progesterone causes symptoms that are identical to pregnancy symptoms – the month I got my BFP I literally had no idea it was coming.  All those months obsessing over my chart and I realized it was just a waste of time – you won’t know until you get a positive test.  I know it’s frustrating and you’re in good company, lots of bees have gone through this also – but analysis just won’t really get you anywhere.  Keep temping and testing and hopefully this is your month!  Baby dust!

@krm1984: said. I always get some degree of tender breast in my cycle which doesn’t mean alot but it does help me confrim ovulation.

Your chart looks promising with your temps staying high, FX! I know 3 months seems like a long time and it will get easier, be kind to yourself!

@lv06:  I charted on Kindara for two cycles to get pregnant.

My advice would be to never symptom spot. If you have enough HCG for symptoms, you have enough for a positive pregnancy test. We see it all the time where Bees convince themselves they’re pregnant with symptom spotting, and then they’re devastated when they get AF, and realize they weren’t. It’s best to have measured hope each cycle and be realistic with how TTC works. For my positive cycle, I tested 10 DPO in the morning and got a negative. I started spotting that day, and became hopeful it might be implantation spotting. I avoided sex that day, because I’d read it can interfere with implantation. On 11 DPO I tested again, and it was positive.

Also agree with PPs, that testing your temp throughout the day won’t tell you anything. Test your temp at the same time each morning, and as long as it stays up, you’re still in the running. With your current chart, your temp hasn’t dropped yet, so you’re still in the running.
