@danicalifornia:  That chalkboard turned out just lovely.

I think my favorite DIY projects were our invitations, our backdrop, and my bridal sash.

Our entire wedding was pretty much DIY!  Ready for photo overload?  lol

Homemade raspberry jam and labels/packaging:

Place cards attached to cross sticked Christmas ornaments.  I used an old pallet for the display.

The whole display:

The tables were named after trees and the “cookie” on each table matched the tree name.  So, if you were at cedar, you had a slice of cedar.  DH put a lot of work into this!

My cousin and I made the guestbook tree and I made the initials on the mantel.

I have mostly just started doing all of my projects, but by far my favorite so far is my house card box! It is not quite finished, but the painting and making the ribbon windows was a labor of love!

My invites- I spent way too much time on them, second guessed myself at the end of it all,

but I am getting a lot of positive comments on them!

Also my card box.  Because I was so excited to find it, and we plan to use it after the wedding, and it really does look amazing!

@laurn88:  I love your signs!  Did you print on paper then lay the fabric/ tissue paper on top of it?

@SarahSmilesDec28:  Beautiful wedding.  I love all the details.

There are so many talented DIY brides here.  I must say it inspired me to take a leap into the whole DIY wedding.

My favorite DIY so far has been my shoes (ok I posted them a couple of time):

But I also love my Mr. and Mrs. signs since they were so inexpensive to make:

And this is Mr. Honey favorite DIY project. We didnt like most interracial couples cake toppers we saw and the ones we liked were expensive, so I decided to make them.  Mr. Honey likes them so much that he’s been showing them off to all his friends.
