Street size 6. Jasmine Couture gown size 12. (I guess couture gowns aren’t vanity sized like everything else?)

Hi Bees

I am a street size 8 , 155 lbs and a size 36E chest. I got a size 14 Enzoani Fabi dress even though i fit into a 12. Because my chest is on the bigger side the salon recomended that I purchase a bigger dress and take it in.

I am a street size 8/10, 150lbs, 5′ 5.5″, 32E. I wore an Alfred Angelo size 12 and needed absolutely no alterations. I did wear a crinoline under the dress to make it a little puffier though. I can’t remember the style number of my dress.

Between a street size 10-12 but closer to a 10. I bought Maggie Alana in size 10. 5’6″ and 150 lbs but slowly toning up with exercise and diet. I’m a 36C

I can finally post!

The last dress I fit into was a size 8P.  It was the only one on the rack and I needed it for a costume.  I did wear some gridle panties to make it more flattering though lol.  If I had to guess I’m probably more of an 10/12 in dresses.

My gown which was my mom’s is a size 10 and its from the 70’s.  I was really worried about fitting into it (and lost almost 20 pounds I really needed to lose anyway) but I did. I also wore the gridle panties and a waist cincher.  I have a feeling if I lost another 10 pounds it would be a little more comforatble but I would probably still wear the foundation wear to smooth things out.

Hi Bees,

I am a street size 14 on bottom and and 8-10 on top.  My dress (justin alexander 8610) was purchased at a bridal size 16 and was taken in to a 10 on top and just nipped in at the hips a little bit.  But, I am also 6’1” so my proportions will look a little different than a 5’2” bride.

Street size 8-10. This is my dress in a size 8, but I ordered a 12 since it’s way too small in the bust
