myfitnesspal.com!  You can do it completely online if you want.  There is also an iPhone app for it.  Check out this thread.  A bunch of us have posted about it there plus you can add people as friends for support – lots of our usernames are also listed here.

looks like you already have some good suggestions but caloriecount.about.com is great too! very comprehensive and you can figure out calories for recipes 🙂

I use Sparkpeople–and uncheck the boxes for emails.  I like that it has a fitness and a nutrition tracker in the same place 🙂
