There is no way a simple entry on a website can tell you how many calories you burn during a work-out.  The only way that you can really know an accurate number is by some sensor touching your skin.  Heart rate monitors are pretty good.  For me, I wear the bodybugg (as seen on Biggest Loser).  The maker of the BodyBugg, BodyMedia, now has a similar version out for Jenny Craig customers. 

And even the BodyBugg, which I wear on my arm 24/7, and it measures body temp, sweat, etc., can’t even be precisely accurate (although it promises it’s at least 90% accurate).
