You could always put your girls in orange dresses and just have them carry white flowers.  Brown dresses with orange and white flowers would be nice too.

I am no expert in camo- I don’t even know what color “mossy oak camo is”. When I googled it I got pics with various shades of beige and green.

I would keep orange as your accent color. Given that, I would look for a dress in one of the camo colors- beige or green

Hello there my almost date twin… My Fiance and I will be married the day after you, and we are doing Mossy Oak as well. My main colors are the Green/Chocolate and Ivory to be exact. We will have (some) orange, but not so much.

My Maid/Matron of Honor will be wearing a Brown dress with green sash, while the BM’s will wear the Green dress with Brown sash, and I think my flower girl (my 20 yo daughter) is going to opt for the orange dress with brown/green combo sash. My dress is ivory and there will be 6inches of mossy oak satin attatched to the bottom of my crinoline. Also my garter will be mossy oak.

Our main theme for the wedding is “Fishing”, so we have a lot of fishing activity going on, centerpieces for the tables will be tall vases with an led light and marbles at the bottom with a beta fish swimming, and a floating candle on top. This will be in the center of the 8 ft table, then on each end is a tealight holder which holds 3 candles, one green, one brown and one ivory.  Our tables will alternate colors with either a green table cloth with either ivory or brown fishnet over top, or brown table cloth with green or ivory fishnet.

We are doing a ice cream/candy buffet, where all the candy will be fish shaped. Our favors are going to be a net back with 5 chocolate fish (what a catch).

@hmontfort83: When you say that one of your colors is “mossy oak camo” do you actually mean a camo print? Were you planning on using the print anywhere or did you mean the colors from the camo print?

If this is mossy oak camo, then you can pull any of the colors that you like for the girls’ dresses.

green, latte, a grayed out brown , beige, orange

My guys are wearing black jeans (bought by me and kept until that day in safe storage) an ivory shirts (same as the jeans, kept by me), and the guys are each wearing a black vest, FI’s vest will be black as well, however the back of it will be mossy oak. He will not know, as he will not see it until the wedding, and his brother will put it on him, trying to keep the camo away from his vision. He does not know that I am incorporating the camo into the wedding the way I am, this is my surprise for him.

I agree with @julies1949; it’s also really difficult to look good in orange. you need a really specific type of coloring. the muted greens and browns will be much more versatile and will look great with orange flowers!

I think green or brown dresses would look nice with orange flowers.  My suggestion would be, to make up a mock of your flower using silk flower.  Nothing expensive, but just in the general colors you are thinking of.  Take it with you when you go to try on dresses.  If you go to david’s bridal, they may not have all the colors in the same dress, but I’m sure you can pull other dresses off the rack for color.  Then hold the flowers up and see what looks best!  It’s what I did.  I was looking at 3 shades of purple, took silk flowers with me to the store, and it made it much easier to pick.  Sometimes it’s hard to put things together in your mind.  Hope this helps!

One of the prettiest camo weddings I have seen had the girls in a deep copper metallic shade with the boys in camo…it turned out gorgeous with the oranges and deep earth shades of the camo.  I wish I had a photo…
