I am not familiar with the area (hav been to Sedona though).

Do you intend for guests to stay in the same place all weekend (like tent camping)?  Or have it close to a town where there are hotels for overnighting?

 

Words that I would do a google search for including the town are:

  • National Forest cabins to rent *usually rustic*

 

  • National Forest group campgrounds *usually rustic*

 

  • family camps (YMCA ect, KOAs)

 

  • private vacation homes

 

  • lodges
