For me personally, I have a size/sparkle limit for what I can wear on a finger — if it’s a less sparkly stone, it can be a bit bigger. I have small hands and don’t want a ring to be *so* noticeable from afar… When we went ring shopping, we checked all the potential candidates from 20 feet away.

I’d have no problem with a giant stone as a pendant, though. ;p
