If that is what you want to wear, then do that. No one has the right to judge you.

If your wedding is casual enough then go for it. I agree if you are looking for something more formal then maybe a thinner sweater but I think its very cute
I think I am going to do cardigans for my mountain wedding. It is in the summer, but in the mountains. It will all be outside and it can seriously cool down at night. I don’t want to freeze and I don’t want my ladies freezing. I am thinking, simple, solid cardigans in our colors.
Then they will all have something they can wear after the wedding too!
I think the sweater idea is cute but i would wear it after the ceremony for the reception.
I think the sweater is a great idea for a cold winter wedding! It’s such a cute sweater too!
I think a sweater can be more than appropriate! I just think that the kind of sweater depends on the bride, the dress, the style of the wedding, etc. My favorite look, though, is fur a la Mrs. Champagne and her mom!
I hate to be controversial, but if you wear fur please wear the fake kind. Animals are skinned alive to make fur, and its soooo unncessary. I always cringe when i see people wearing real fur. Sorry I just had to say that.
p.s I love the swearter idea
I love the sweater!!! 😀
I think this ABSOLUTELY looks bridal!
I LOVE this idea.
I was just searching for sweaters for my bridesmaids and me. I actually have a similar question: Should my bridesmaids and I have the same sweater? I found one I love but it would not fit my pregnant bridesmaids. hmmmm.
here is my dress, my bridesmaids’ and flower girls’
The guys are wearing kahki and white shirts.
The flower girl dresses are like the ones pictured but the instead of the red/pink fabric they will have brown, beige, yellow, golds.
I and having white flowers and so are my bridesmaids.
I think the sweater adds a vintage, sweet feeland will be great for our garden wedding

Nothing fits the category of “not bridal enough”. A wedding is about the bride and groom starting their lives together as one. Everything else is just extra. I often think people forget that when making judgements about what they deem appropriate for a wedding look. So hey, your roommate can be puking up lace at HER wedding if she chooses, but you be cozy, comfy and BEAUTIFUL in your chic little sweater….which by the way I think is perfect!!!
Something like this could be a nice option for BMs because it would even fit the prego ones, and the bride can have one, too, but I might consider having a bride wear one that is somehow just a little bit different, even if that meant a brooch, different button, etc.
Mrs. Shortcake also rocked a cardigan for her wedding!
This could be cute for a bride with a simple dress, I think the belt Mrs. Cowboy Boot used for her wedding would be awesome with this look!
Also, love Mrs. Hydrangea’s sweater for her Post Wedding Shoot:
