Hi ladies! I’m looking to get these shoes-
Sorry it’s so big!!
Anyway. I have them already in black and I LOVE them! I want to either use mine ( because they are broken in) or just buy new ones bc I am a shoe junky lol.
Anyway can all shoes get dyed? Bc they aren’t selling it any more in pink and I’ve wanted hot pink shoes for my wedding day as long as I can remember.
How do you know if they can be? Any advice will be appreciated! Thanks!!

There is NO WAY you’d be able to take those from black to hot pink. The amount of bleach, etc that would take would eat the fabric, first of all.
BUT you could see if you could find them in white, and then dye those pink…

@EffieTrinket: Awesome thanks! I forgot to add that lol. I knew that you can’t dye them from black to pink and my sister said we can find them in white!

It depends on the fibre content of the fabric- natural fibres like cotton and silk use different dyes than synthetics like polyester.
Any pale colored fabric is dyable. Finding the correct dye for the fabric type is the trick!

It also depends on how many details are on the shoe. For my wedding, even though my SIL had a pair of shoes that said they were dyeable, the rosette on the front of the shoe made the dye job look kind of patchy in that area.
