I tell most people that my ring is a moissinate. I’m obsessed with moissinates and love spreading the word about them. There are times when someone may compliment the ring and I just say “thank you” as well. 🙂

Here’s my beauty! (The teal reflection is because of my phone cover I realized lol.)

Moco h&a 7mm on size 6 finger.

BallerinaBee :  the reason i say that if you want it to be “believable” is that those who have money & decide not to go the whole big house, luxery car thing are far less likely to spend tens of thousands on an engagement ring than those who choose to indulge in expensive things. That’s just common sense. So the advice stands.

We are a doctor/lawyer couple and I convinced him to go with moissanite. I just didn’t want an $8-10k piece of jewelry. Everyone has their preferences. I love my ring. Couldn’t be happier.

This is my custom elongated Harro cushion engagement ring in a diamond setting paired with my round/baguette diamond wedding band.

I did a whole lot of research and although my center stone is HUGE, it really does pass off as a diamond in photos and in person especially. Of course my close friends and family know this is a moissanite because I told them, I have no problem allowing those not close to me believe it is a diamond.

FYI, im a size 7 finger, 3.6 carat equivalent moissanite.

scru-bee :  Not too many people seem to have a pear mossy here. How do you like it? Can you post more pics?

Thanks!

Agschmidtten :  That’s such a beautiful ring. So many stones and yet manages to look simple and elegant. That was the longest I’ve stared at a ring so far! Do you mind sharing where you got it?

Agschmidtten :  Hi and good evening. I love your rings. They are beautiful. Would you mind telling me who you worked with on your diamond rings? I would love the 4cs info and anything else that might be helpful. This is the first time I have seen something so beautiful, and believe me, I’ve been looking. I noticed your moissanite is a Harro, not sure what that is, but I’ll look it up. Do you have the info for that too?

Thank you so much. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

loveez :  I love the look of moissanite because I want to be able to see the sparkle from across the room. I picked out a C&C Hearts & Arrows without knowing the difference between the regular F1 & H&A. The H&A looks like a beatuifully cut diamond, even right next to a real diamond.

I honestly wish I had the opportunity to gush about the greatness of moissanite, but no one has ever asked about the authenticity of my stone.
