sparkpeople is nice!  It’s centered on losing weight, but you don’t have to want to lose to use it!

I use myfitnesspal and really like it.  Spark people is good as well.

I use loseit.com! It has an amazing iPhone app with it so you can track on the go. 🙂

Myfitnesspal.com has an app for your phone as well. You can click the “barcode” button, and then just use the camera on your phone to scan the barcode on the food you eat, it will plug in the exact nutrition info found on the package.

It will also let you know after you plug in your food, “if every day was like today, you will weigh XYZ in 5 weeks”.. that is such a good motivator!!
