First of all, if you’re going to be using such twirly font for your names, I would stick with something simple and clean like Georgia or Cambria for the rest of the invitation.

Secondly, I know that computer screens show different shades of colour, but I feel as though the light blue font is ‘lost’ as the black is so harsh in comparison – I think that having the rest of the text grey would be nicer.

I’m also wondering if all four colours I can see – light blue for the text and the birds, black for the text, pink for the first border and red for the second border – are how the final invitation is going to be presented?

I prefer to use fonts that don’t come standard for everyone, and like ‘Mrs. Eaves’ to replace your Century Schoolbook Italic.  You can probably find a torrent that has it, but if you like it, message me and I’ll dropbox it for you 🙂

That’s frustrating it automatically puts a red border around the snipped part – random!

You’re obviously pretty happy with the invites, have you tried either of the fonts I suggested? I think the font @Junip3r: has suggested is also lovely.

You can download free fonts at dafont.com. They have thousands to choose from. I use this website all the time
