    Plain dress is fine

A small brooch/ pin on the chest looks better

Others alternative (please let me know your idea)

I’m going to guess you don’t see it a lot because most women would be unwilling to have holes poked into such an expensive article of clothing, not because it is inherently wrong or gauche to do so.  Hell, it isn’t something I’m willing to do for most of my clothes.  But as long as you don’t have plans to resell it or have some romantic notion of keeping it for future children to wear, then no problem.  You can do whatever you want.  I’m sure a brooch would look lovely.

Yes, if you are going for chic a brooch will be nice. You can choose it in your wedding style. Romantic or vintage. There is a lot to choose online. But i do not suggest any belt, the simplicity of this dress is so beautiful.

Now I have seen the actual bodice and neckline of your dress ,  no I don’t think a brooch pinned on it would complement the look ,   sorry . No need for anything at the waist either imho.
