Ok, so I am going the DIY direction with my invites, so I have full range of customization. That being said, I need to know if it is okay to put each guests’ name on the response card with 2 boxes next to it, one says “will attend” and one saying “will not attend”.
I do understand that is a lot of work on my part right now, but I feel like it will eliminate issues down the road. We are getting married on a yacht, and extra people are not an option. Also, I think this eliminate the annonymous RSVP.
Is this okay to do? what do you guys think??

That sounds like a good way to eliminate confusion about who and who is not invited.

I think that it would be a good idea, especially in your situation.

Thank you 🙂
FI’s parents and family are very traditional and I was worried that this “style” might be “wrong”. I am not tooo worried about what they think, just don’t want to do anything that will “blacklist” me lol

I think it totally sounds fine and is logical, given it’s on a yacht, so isn’t it against the law to have more people on board than there are life vests or something.

It’s a great idea and probably should be more of these invites around to avoid morons inviting more people!

It does sound like a lot of work upfront, but like you said, it will probably eliminate future headaches. Have to keep this in my mind for when I get ready to do these.

I would do the same thing!

That’s what I did with my RSVP cards that I DIY’d. Once I got a template made and got it to print right, then all I had to do was change the names each time.
